Frequently Asked Questions
Operational answers about engagement, deployment, licensing, and pricing.
// engagementWhat kind of clients does ParaMil work with?
Our client roster spans corporate executives, professional athletes, entertainment industry principals, faith-based organizations, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, healthcare leadership, and public-sector partners. Every engagement is treated with strict confidentiality, and we never disclose client identities.
// engagementHow does the consultation process work?
Submit a confidential request through our contact form or call directly. A ParaMil representative will respond within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call. From there we conduct a threat assessment, propose a tailored operational plan, and define scope, timeline, and engagement terms before any deployment.
// complianceAre ParaMil operators licensed and insured?
Yes. ParaMil is a licensed private security firm and licensed private investigation company. All armed and unarmed personnel are properly licensed in their jurisdiction of operation. The company carries comprehensive general liability and professional indemnity coverage, with documentation available upon contract.
// personnelWhat is the background of your operators?
Our operators are exclusively former special operations forces (SOF), military veterans, and former law enforcement — including intelligence and medical specialists. We do not hire standard security guards. Every operator passes quarterly fitness assessments and maintains proficiency in close-quarter combat and combatives.
// deploymentWhere do you operate?
ParaMil operates across all 50 U.S. states and internationally on a contract basis. We have run engagements across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. Travel security, advance teams, and global extractions are core capabilities.
// deploymentHow quickly can you deploy?
For standing-engagement clients, we maintain 24/7 readiness. For new engagements, deployment timelines depend on scope — routine details can be staffed within 24–72 hours, while complex multi-operator details typically require 5–10 days for proper planning, advance, and equipment positioning. Emergency response is available case-by-case.
// deploymentDo you offer armed and unarmed details?
Yes. Each engagement is tailored to threat profile and client preference. We deploy uniformed, plainclothes, marked-vehicle, and unmarked-vehicle assets as appropriate. The operational posture is determined during the threat assessment phase and adjusts as conditions evolve.
// engagementHow confidential is the engagement?
Strict. Client identities, locations, schedules, and operational details are protected under a confidentiality framework that all personnel are bound by. We do not publish client names. Reviews on our site are anonymized at the client’s direction.
// engagementWhat is the NFLPA Rewards Partnership?
ParaMil is an official NFLPA Rewards Partner. Active and retired NFL Players Association members receive a 15% discount on all services, priority scheduling, and access to a 24/7 member hotline. Visit our NFLPA page for full details.
// pricingHow much do services cost?
Pricing is engagement-specific and depends on scope, duration, operator count, equipment requirements, and travel. We provide a transparent quote after the consultation and threat assessment phase. We do not publish standard rates because no two engagements are alike.
// engagementCan ParaMil work alongside our existing security team?
Yes. Many of our corporate, family-office, and venue engagements are augmentations of an existing security program. Our team integrates with in-house personnel, technology, and protocols, and operates under your chain of command when appropriate.
// personnelHow do I apply to work at ParaMil?
Visit our Careers page. We recruit operators (SOF, military, law enforcement backgrounds), licensed PIs, armed and unarmed personnel, surveillance specialists, tactical drivers, and administrative staff. Submit a background summary through the contact form to begin the recruitment process.
